Carmen started with the company as a part-time Administrative Associate in 2019 and has been the leading hand in the necessary changes needed in the company's day-to-day activities required to remain competitive in today's workplace.

Carmen earned her undergraduate degree in HR Business Administration and her graduate degree in Business Management and graduated cum laude. As the Controller for Division 5, LLC, she has earned in-depth knowledge of the construction industry's financial aspect.
